Who May Use This Site
You must be at least 18 years old, and living in a place in which it is legal, to use any part of this site. This site contains images and text which are oriented toward an adult audience or that you may find offensive. (18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement)

Content Allowed
We only allow content that contains some wet or messy aspect or information, as per our working definition of wam, which is "getting wet or messy in some non-bodily-fluid substance." Other fetishes are fine, as long as they are combined with wam.

For all content linked, discussed, or uploaded directly to this site: We never allow non-consensual sex, vomiting, shitting, real blood, excessive violence, beastiality, live animals or bugs, incest, pedophilia, dead people, or necrophilia. We do not allow the advertising of affiliate links, gambling, raffles, or escort services. If the content is not yours, it's your responsibility to get permission to post it.

For content uploaded to this site, we have additional restrictions. No pissing is allowed. Nor are depictions of passing out, drugs, hallucinating, hypnosis, blackmail, or inebriation, even if it's fake, implied, or just spoken. No one under 18 can be present anywhere in the content in absolutely any context, even the background.

For content sold on this site's store system, we have additional restrictions. No footage of nudist colonies, celebrities, or public areas with unwitting subjects. Any depictions of bondage must be only by the wrists, not involve hard struggling or crying, and be clear that the model can escape. It must be clear that the model is okay after any submersion scene. You are responsible for maintaining your own model release forms, proof of age, and custodian of records. All video trailers must contain wam content or they will be removed or reclassified.

We can't allow links or discussion directing people toward any specific site, picture, video, movie, or show whose intended audience is children. We don't allow links to sites that thrive primarily on pirated content. Don't publish URLs that have been attempted to be hidden by the owner.

Don't publish anyone's phone number, address, email address, real name, inbox message, or other personal information unless you get permission or it is well-known that such information is already public. We allow off-topic content in the user galleries, but only in albums specifically tagged off-topic.

By uploading, hot-linking, or HTML-embedding any images, videos, or other content to our site via the forum or any other facility, you acknowledge that you are giving us the right to download, host, archive, modify, and distribute that content to the public. While actual copyright remains yours, you give us the license to make your content viewable on our site, including our VIP-only video and picture archives, which help prevent the need for pop-ups and other sleazy types of advertisement.

We appreciate any purchases you make from our stores, but please don't upload them to any another site. It really does hurt us, and models quit because of it. Do not post offers or requests to share content that's not yours, regardless of its age or rarity. Our community takes action against pirated material on and off this site. Please use the little "Report" links to flag any content on our site that you feel is violating copyright. If you see it happening somewhere else, please send a tip by clicking "Report Piracy" at the bottom of any page of this site.

Any attempt to use our forums to overrepresent you or your product is spam. Real conversation is always welcome, but please don't bump existing threads back to the top with gratuitous banter or purposely delayed replies. Please do not advertise any particular scene more than one time, unless announcing that it's on a new site (real moves only--not the regular shuffling of catalog items among your sites). Don't strategically ration images or other details that you've had since the beginning, just so you can make more posts. Don't paste the same ad or sales pitch inside multiple messages, or use tacky characters or text decorations to stand out. Don't post just to mention that a sale is nearing its end, and don't use every excuse to plug your customs or other services. Please don't post to the wrong forum just because it gets more traffic. We link to your sites under every forum post, so don't put banners or links in your signature or every post. You must disclose if you are being compensated in any way for posting a review for content bought here. Do not urge customers to reply to your forum post ads; You may instead direct them to visit their purchase history where they can leave a proper review.

It's important to respect the gender identity of all users, especially when it differs from one's biological gender, or assigned sex. But also understand that this is a visual, media-based website, and that physical appearance is overwhelmingly how our visitors expect things to be organized and presented. So by default we will categorize and moderate content based on the perceived biological gender. That is overridden if the user has specified themselves as a different gender on their profile.

"One-sided wam" is what we call it when content contains a male and female interacting together, but only one gets wet or messy. Whether to label this coed or not is left to the discretion of the author because to many, the person delivering the wam is just as relevant, whether they stay clean or not.
User Conduct
We are a relaxed community more concerned with honest opinion than political correctness. But for that to work, maturity and respect are always required. Spirited debates are healthy for any community, but put-downs are a lazy way to express your opinion. They ultimately denigrate the community itself rather than the person that was targeted. Name-calling, threats, shaming, bullying, repetitive unwanted messages, rehashing old arguments out of context, and using loaded language are forms of venting and getting even, which have no place here. We are all on the same team, so instead of being dismissive, let's help each other to understand.

Models here may portray characters who perform erotic acts and indulge your every fantasy, but please do not confuse the character with the human behind it. When addressing a model or any other user, remember that it's a real person. It's sometimes reasonable to own multiple user accounts for business or personal reasons, but any use of extra accounts to purposely hide your identity will be considered fraud.

We support all producers who offer customized videos. We allow linking to and advertising web sites for those services without prior approval. But no-one may use any part of this site to solicit or negotiate customs directly with users without first being listed on our Approved Custom Producers list. To get on the list, review the rules and ask Messmaster. If you are a producer not yet on the list and someone inquires about customs, kindly invite them to a negotiation off-site. Anyone using our facilities to solicit custom work who is not on the list is working against this site's rules; Do not do business with them.

Use the customs ratings and reviews at your own risk! We cannot endorse nor guarantee the work of anyone, even if they are on the list, and will not be held responsible for any consequences, monetary or otherwise, of your arrangements initiated through this service. We are not an escrow service, so it's the sole responsibility of the customer and producer to make their own contractual agreement on all aspects of the finished product and its delivery, as well as consequences for uncompleted or unsatisfactory work, or nonpayment. We are not a collection agency for non-paying customers, nor can we guarantee completion of an order in any time frame.

Crowdfunding and Fundraisers
We do not allow the advertisement of any campaign that requests money from the general public if there is the promise of a product or service for reaching a goal, because we cannot account for the goal being met or guarantee delivery of the product or service. Plain fundraisers, where there is no expectation of anything in return, are acceptable. We do not allow raffles, either in isolation or in combination with paid product, because we cannot vouch for the winner selection process or guarantee that the payout will be made.

Dispute Resolution
The site owner personally tends to every copyright complaint and personal dispute, and will attempt to mediate a conversation where all parties can be satisfied. If an agreement cannot be reached, the site owner will try to decide on the most fair course of action possible. Content that was commissioned on sites like Fiverr is generally owned by the customer, but the terms of the deal may have changed that; Ownership should have been clearly established in a contract between producer and customer before production, and cannot be determined by us.

Refund Policy
Because of the nature of digital purchases, consideration for a refund will only be made after a full explanation of why you were not able to access your purchase. Before buying, please make sure you're on a fast internet connection and a decent computer or device. Read the scene description and check the scene thumbnails to make sure it's something you really want to buy or join. If buying downloads, be sure to install the VLC Player app.

Service Availability
While we do everything we can to provide a smooth service, like any site bugs do occur, and sometimes we will even need to go offline for maintenance. Therefore we cannot guarantee uptime availability and take no responsibility for outages.

Please do not use Paypal to pay or accept payment for any type of business negotiated at this site, whether it is for physical or digital products, and whether it's explicit or not. It is against their terms of use. Their idea of what is "adult" is more stringent than yours, and they will suspend your account for it, and it looks bad on us. Paypal is our business partner because they chose to accept payments through our biller Epoch, so it is important to us that all visitors respect their terms. Users that we find negotiating actual business here via Paypal may have their accounts removed. There are other money transfer services that may be more lenient with these types of transactions, and we have no problems with you using those. The use of Paypal on your own web site is your choice and not against our terms, but do that at your own risk.
UMD.NET is a private website that does not sell, give, or otherwise share its users' information or habits with any other company or entity, for any price. We feel that your actions and preferences are owned by you, and are simply not products to be marketed. Here is how we respect your privacy.

Minimum InformationWe only collect the bare minimum of info necessary to run the site properly and perform legal due diligence, and no more. The best security is to avoid storing sensitive info in the first place. Beyond the normal system logging that all servers do, the only information we'll ever have is what you deliberately give us. Sensitive documents such as W9's are kept offline and we do not store social security or phone numbers. We do not handle any credit card information; That's handled separately by our biller, whose own privacy regulations prevent them from sharing it with us.
Information Kept HereWe recognize that the information we do know about you is not ours to market or sell. We do not collaborate with, or share or sell our user data to anyone. We will not reveal to any outside user your IP address, email, real name, sales stats, purchase history, or visitation habits. We enforce this rule on all users and moderators as well. All email lists and subscriptions are opt-in and never unsolicited.
Secure HTTPS ConnectionAll pages and content on this site are transmitted back and forth via SSL, the same encryption technology your bank uses. This voluntary measure prevents hackers, governments, and wifi snoops from reading any intercepted communications. Your password is stored in an encrypted state so nobody can read it, including us.
Private CookiesThese are tiny bits of information that your browser remembers and sends back to us on each page load. They keep you logged in and they are how we remember your shopping cart and viewing preferences. Cookies are restricted to the originating site only, and will absolutely never be used to track or share your habits with any other entity.
Data MiningBeyond normal logging and some light "user also bought" type of suggestions, we do not do creepy mining of your data for advertising purposes. We do not compile a history of whose profile you clicked, what terms you searched for, your viewing habits, etc.
Privacy OptionsUser accounts come with a substantial set of privacy options, including private and invisible profiles, and anonymous shopping. You may make private forum posts, give anonymous loves, and more. All new site accounts belonging to females come with certain social features turned off by default, such as private chat, non-friend inboxing, and the wam party.
ModerationUsers are not allowed to post personally-identifiable information about you, even in times of conflict. Issues should be resolved privately, and we are here to help.
DisputesIf you feel your privacy is at risk for any reason, use the Contact page or flag the offending content. See our Arbitration section for how we deal with conflicts.
3rd PartiesWe use Google Analytics to provide us with statistics and analysis of our server performance and traffic. Google uses cookies (1st, not 3rd party) and your IP address to make this work, but they are anonymized so that all that is reported is general statistical information. We do not let Google use any of this information for their ads because we block their Advertising Features. More on Google Analytics privacy. We use no other 3rd party resource in relation to our traffic.
Beyond our ControlThe tiny bit of respect that ISP's and governments used to have for our privacy is either rapidly crumbling at best, or already long gone at worst. Connectivity providers have the legal right to track and market your activities without your consent, and now they can throttle or even block your connection to sites for whatever reason they wish. Though we can't stop third parties from knowing that you visited UMD, our HTTPS connection on every page will hide everything you watch and do here. We are monitoring for anyone being throttled or blocked. If you believe we are being slowed unfairly by your internet service provider, please contact us. Please visit battleforthenet.com for information on Net Neutrality.
We make every effort to maintain safe environment here, both technically and socially. Our success is greatly increased when our users work with us.

Clearly State your Wishes, and then Report
We have ways for you to report and block a user you don't want contacting you anymore. Before resorting to that, you might try just telling them your wishes as a first resort. But if they persist, or if anyone does make you feel uncomfortable or suspicious for any reason, please report that user to us.

Watch What You Post
Please be reminded that any media that you post here is public. We cannot control what other users do with it, and search engines may pick up on it. So use extra judgement and watch the information you give out on your profile, forums, and chat.

Harassment is not tolerated here.
Please beware that this site and its content are of a sexual nature, and have been for decades. People and models regularly post content that runs the gamut of sexuality. Within that context, visitors and fans often engage with models and users to make requests and comments--sometimes sexual. As such, we need to take an intelligent approach to our boundaries for what is harassment, as they are a bit different from a plain site: Single comments or requests to perform a sexual act, for example, would not automatically be considered harassment unless the person kept asking repeatedly, or after being denied, or if it was violent, etc. Every flag and complaint becomes a part of the user's record for posterity.

Meeting Up
Many people have discovered each other here and physically met up. But never let your guard down. Use your best judgement on how much personal information to give a person, and don't go alone. You can ask us about any user if you have any suspicions at all. Of course we can't be held accountable for any events that arise from contacts made on of this site.
Admin Guidelines
Some very dedicated wammers have been given specific administrative powers around the site. They all understand that the goal is always to keep it peaceful and fun, not to enforce perfection upon our users. So that we are all on the same page, this section is a guide to our administrative m.o.
Avoid publicly admonishing users. It's humiliating to be corrected, and resentment will probably set in even if you were right. Help them understand what they are missing. Treat each member like a guest at your party, and don't say anything you wouldn't say to their face. Inbox them if you need to, and only leave a public response if you believe there is a need for others to read it. Because thousands of people are watching, the tone set by the people in charge ends up affecting how everyone else speaks to each other.

When typing a comment for taking an action, the customer is sent that message. People hate to be moderated, so please approach them from the mindset that they've probably contributed in good faith, or somehow felt justified in what they did. Help them to understand the reason we had to take action.

Never edit a user's post to alter their sentiment. We prefer to delete if necessary or leave it alone. If you do need to edit a user's post, for reasons other than fixing a typo, please also leave a comment in brackets.

Never threaten to ban or remove a user. Never quote our rules at a user. They obviously felt justified to do what they did, so try to understand them and fill them in on what they are missing.

Only lock a thread if you believe it's served its usefulness and the discussion is spinning out of control. Locking forum threads is not a preferred corrective action; We prefer coming to an understanding with the user so that it naturally stops happening, and defiant users need to be gagged or removed.

Don't create threads or make them sticky just to remind people of rules. It's tacky, ineffective, and domineering. If there is a misunderstanding that massive, then a more comprehensive effort should be considered by the site owner.

Groups are separate from the forums, so there is no requirement to use groups instead of forums for any particular topic. Never move a post from a forum to a group unless asked by the topic originator. Also, moving topics from a group to a forum should rarely be done.

Cross-posting and other types of duplicate threads from the same user are not allowed, and any extras can be deleted (preferably the newest), or combined in the case that they already have replies. If the duplicate posting is from a different user (as in, they both discovered the same link), just leave it alone.

You can immediately take action on things like duplicate postings, wrong gender, wrong forum, divulging personal info, threats, underaged or illegal content, non-wam porn, or anything where the infraction is clear-cut and obvious. For anything else, please flag the offense and let Messmaster handle it. Regardless, Messmaster takes complete responsibility for all your actions.

Thank you so much for all your help and advice.
Frequently Asked
You moved or deleted my post!?!?link
It's not the end of the world! We mean no disrespect by making these changes.
Volunteers on this site are only trying to help us keep things in the right category, tagged correctly, not duplicated, and respectful. We do our best to be consistent, but we are human too. Messmaster takes personal responsibility for all actions. If you think a wrong decision has been made, just use the Contact Us page and state your case. For reference, we have a public list of admin guidelines.
Can I Discuss Mainstream Shows and Movies?link
Yes. This site has always been here for the discovery and awareness of all types of wam, be it PG or X-rated, amateur or professional, niche or mainstream. But we have to be careful that we are not advocating for people to watch anything that was obviously meant for a child audience. So please: no alerts, speculation, links, or reviews when it comes to those shows and movies.

Reflection of our own history is fine, and the mere mention of a show or movie in that context is not forbidden. Conversation is encouraged about what triggered our fetishes when we were young, and the stuff we watched growing up was an integral part of that. Just be sure not to cheerlead for watching that content now if it was made for kids.
Why is my payment not accepted?link
payment processors have very sensitive fraud protection measures built into their payment system. This system helps protect the sellers and buyers from a daily barrage of people trying to use credit card numbers that aren't theirs. The problem is that this system is so sensitive that occasionally, legitimate customers actually get declined.

Our processors don't give you a heck of a lot of details about what the problem was, ostensibly because in their eyes, that would be giving sensitive information to the very person who their system has identified as being illegitimate in the first place, which would not make much sense.

We also cannot do much research into the problem because details about credit cards and transactions are kept confidential, on their system. Sellers and resellers are not let loose into their logs of your personal transactions, and for good reason.

To find out exactly why your transaction was declined or why you were locked out of your account, you can visit Epoch's support page here. They have 24-hour customer service by phone, chat, and email.
How does gender tagging work?link
Forum posts and images can be tagged with one gender selection: female, male, coed, or trans. Video and store content is tagged automatically, based on the gender of the models attached. The gender of other content is inferred from the user's own profile settings and gender preferences. Having this info lets us tailor the the entire site for each visitor based on their own gender viewing preferences.

Your gender view setting (in the top right corner of many pages of the site) attempts to find you all content of that type, even if it contains other things. For example, the Male setting gives you all content that contain males, but so you don't miss anything, we also include Coed content because that also has males. If you prefer to block mixed-gender content, please enable the Strict setting next to your gender setting in your preferences.

"One-sided wam" is what we call it when content contains a male and female interacting together, but only one gets wet or messy. Whether to label this coed or not is left to the discretion of the author because to many, the person delivering the wam is just as relevant, whether they stay clean or not.

When you have thousands of people freely posting without pre-moderation, it is impossible to guarantee that all content will be tagged correctly. As such, our gender filter can only be so accurate, and it will merely "bias" the site toward your gender preference. Please help us by flagging any mis-categorized content.
How do store owners handle taxes?link
If you were paid by check, made over $600, and live in the USA, we will send you an annual 1099 tax reporting form. This form may be made available as a digital file download instead of through the mail. We send royalty payments mostly via 3rd-party payment services, and they are obligated by law to send USA residents a "1099k" form by January 31. You will only receive a 1099k from a service if you were paid at least $20,000 and had 200 transactions during the year. This means that many producers may get no 1099 or 1099k at all. But everyone is still required to report and pay taxes on all their yearly royalties. If you were paid both electronically and by check, you may receive two both tax forms for the corresponding amounts.

To get a report from us on your total annual sales income, use the pulldown on the top-left corner of your Payouts page. In the USA, you report your royalties to the IRS as self-employment income on form 1040 C. Info on that is here. To establish an official business relationship, we ask that all producers participating in our store system supply us with a completed W9 or W-8BEN. Please upload a new copy if any information changes.
Why do I have VIP status?link
If you have VIP status and did not pay for it, don't be alarmed. It's likely because you are one of our Most Loved community members. We automatically upgrade your account to VIP status if you are near the top of this list on any given day. So enjoy!
Why would I offer Name Your Price?link
...after all, nobody is going to pay for something when they can get it for free, right?

Name Your Price (NYP) is feature that allows download store owners to offer downloads where the customer chooses the price, down to $0.

NYP is primarily an advertising / exposure tool. It's like offering free video trailers, except with NYP the customer has the option to actually pay you for it (like a tip jar). But they may not, so it would be unwise to think of NYP as your primary way to offer all your content, or even items that are brand new or that you really need to recoup funds on.

It is important for you to understand NYP's place as a tool that's available for you to boost exposure in a novel way. People are drawn to the prospect of something free and the empowerment of choosing their price, so that's the lure. Tons of people are going to flock to your NYP content, and many really will download it for free, just like a video trailer. We pay for the bandwidth so you can do this. The point is to use it to bring exposure to your brand and the rest of your catalog. But if you are going to be angry at people grabbing any particular piece of content for free, then you probably should not offer it as NYP.

Many producers have actually made very good income using NYP, but it's up to you to calculate whether your advertising M.O. would benefit from either using it extensively, dabbling in it strategically, or not at all. If you can't fit something like NYP into the bigger picture of your business model, then it's recommended that you not use it.
How do I remove my results from Google?link
Google indexes our pages, and even if you've removed your account and forum posts, they may still show up on Google's searches for a while. Google revisits our pages every day to update their listings. When they try to access your old deleted profile for an update, we automatically send them the signal that it's gone and should be removed from their results. Because of this, your info should be wiped from their results relatively quickly. If not, or if you have questions, please contact us to investigate.
How do the ratings work?link
The site-wide ratings system was designed to gauge community consensus about the value of everything that can be added by a user. You can rate photos, videos, forum posts, sites, and even site reviews. The system was built to be fair. You have to be logged in to vote, and you can only vote on each item once. It is a rolling ratings system, meaning only the latest X number of votes (currently 100) of any type, for any given item are considered, and older ones are forgotten. This allows an item's rating to change over time. For example, a site that used to be great and had high ratings may stop updating and start getting lower ratings, causing the old high ratings to eventually drop off the end. Or vice versa. Every item's rating is an average of the number of stars users gave it, which gives a level playing field for all items old and new.

We also have a separate scoring system which takes each item's user-rating and weighs it against how old that item is. Every day that passes, any item's score is weighed 1/30th less. When it's new, its score has 100% of its weight but after half a month its score is only worth half as much. Items over 30 days old are not considered at all. We use these date-weighted scores to determine the "top items" in any category such as hottest photos and forum threads, and even wammer of the day. So whatever is new, highly-rated, or both, will likely make the hot list in its section. The scores are also weighted by other factors such as the number of unique views the items have gotten, and any negative reports users have submitted on them. These scores are just relative, numerical indexes that we use internally, so they are not shown to the public. Remember that these scores are independent of and do not affect the star-ratings.

You cannot directly rate other users. However the site uses an algorithm that takes into account everything each user posts around the site. The user with the most highly-rated stuff, the most stuff, and the most recent stuff, gets pushed higher in the rankings. So the more you participate, and the better-rated all your stuff is, the higher your score gets. You might even become Wammer of the Day!

Please don't take it too seriously. It's just meant to be fun and to encourage people to post great stuff. We can see who is rating what, so anyone caught abusing or spamming the system will be banned.
